Smart choice for a momentary visit in Williamsburg with excellent value for money. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The location was secluded, a short walk to the historical part of Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. The room was inviting and bright with great lighting, just what we needed. The staff was accommodating and exceptional all the time.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a microwave, a fridge and a seating area in the room.

Newly decorated accommodation with wonderful setting so close to Busch Gardens as well as Williamsburg. Superfriendly and attentive staff with smiles. A microwave, a fridge and a seating area available in the a double room.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and check-in was fast. The breakfast was free and tasty and offered a wide range of items. The pool area was great. The location was marvelous and convenient, close enough to attractions, restaurants, and the park.

I loved this hotel everyone was friendly and nice. We did have a problem with the people in the room next to us cussing and arguing late at night when i called the front desk to complain they went above and beyond to personally go to there room and tell them to please keep it down. I would stay here again for sure. Rooms are very clean and they give you plenty of towels and washclothes.

Wish i could have stayed longer.

The room was clean, including the carpet. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The indoor pool was clean. Both pool and exercise room were open til 10 PM. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to area attractions and historic sites. Would stay there again.

There was no refrigerator in the room, but none was promised.

The room was spacious with excellent lighting and included wake-up service. It had a microwave, fridge, and seating area. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was conveniently close to Busch Gardens. We had a great time exploring the park without having to travel too far. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially when we requested extra pillows. They were delivered to our room within 10 minutes.

Great stay I actually made reservations for the wrong date and the desk clerk was able to get us rooms anyway and at the same price , very friendly,very helpful and a nice clean hotel,

This hotel was very close to Busch Gardens.

I know this is out of there control, but at night you can hear a train going by what seemed like every 15 minutes.

This hotel is fantastic and well-located near both parks.

Quiet and close to where we needed to go.

There was a little mold in the bathroom around the corners and the ceiling. I am allergic to mold and still having a little sinus difficulty from this.

The staff here were really helpful and always available to assist guests.

The booking was extremely easy.. When we got there the front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful and swift. Breakfast was ready before "on time" and the staff there lovely as well. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.
